Taranaki		Taranaki Area dates for 2013: June 8th at Stratford September 14th at New Plymouth November 9th at Waitara February 8th 2014 at Hawera April 12th AGM at Stratford All Area Day Knit Ins start at 9.30am with a cuppa and demos start at 10.00. Wairarapa		Teach-ins are as follows for this year: May 25th July 20th September 21st November 16th The teach-ins are held at The Wool Shed, 12 Dixon Street, Masterton (use side entrance), starting at 9.30 with a cup of tea and the business starting at 10.am, pot luck lunch and finish with a cup of tea at approx 3pm.

Marlborough		Club meeting night is the 2nd Monday in the month, held at 127 A Alabama Road. There are no more day meetings.
Canterbury		Meeting dates are as follows: Saturday May 25^thAugust 3^rd November 2^{nd ,} 10.15am – 3.00 or 3.30pm. Venue: The Reece room of the Chapel Street Methodist church, Papanui, which is in the car park to one side of the church hall. Cost NZMKS members $5 non NZMKS members $10. The Christchurch Knitting Machine Club meets on the 2nd Tuesday of the month (February - November) at the The Disabled Persons Centre Worcester Street, Christchurch 7.30- 9pm Demonstrations are on Brother knitting machines. Taranaki	Janet Stuart	The Eltham Workshop Weekends held at the Presbyterian Camp site in Eltham, are from Friday to Sunday. These weekends are subsidised to all NZMKS Inc. members and make a very cheap weekend of learning, knitting, challenging yourself and socializing. $35.00 including meals. Dates are: Aug 16th 17th 18th Oct 11th 12th 13th 2014 March 21st 22nd 23rd Linen Hire $15.00 per weekend for sheets, pillow, towel, and duvet. On Saturday 17^th August we plan to have our 1^st Area day using the new Seminar book at Edenview Camp hall so everyone can see what a great facility it is & the machines will already be set up ready to demo on.
